Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not usually processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We currently offer two shipping options:
Standard Shipping

Express Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 5 to 8 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24 to 72 hours to update after shipment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping method selected.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
GRAVICKE is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Package Marked as Delivered
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check your mailbox, front door, neighbors, building reception, or local carrier.
If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we will help you investigate the issue.
